Nick Buettner, explorer, researcher, and media personality, has led 17 expeditions to remote corners of the world in search of Blue Zones, communities where people routinely live to be 100, to study the causes of their longevity. His dynamic storytelling transports his audiences to Okinawa, Costa Rica and Greece to report on what aspects of their communities and lives contribute to their longevity. He is currently the VP of Product for the Blue Zones Project, responsible for taking the Blue Zones lessons to 42 communities across the United States. He has partnered with National Geographic and Good Morning, America! to reach an even wider audience to talk about health, happiness, finding purpose, and stress management, which are some of the factors leading to long lives.
